TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Buying Firearms Online

We, Comstock Armory, Inc. sell firearms, ammo, and custom firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws. You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase handguns. Check your local and state laws. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.

  1. Verify that the product you wish to purchase from Comstock Armory, Inc. meets your state, county, or city firearm law.
Once you have completed your firearm purchase online, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

  2. If you do not receive an email order status update within two business days of placing your order, email us at support@comstockarmory.com.

  3. Find a local FFL that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range, or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.

  • You can use the search function on fflgundealers.net to view the list of FFL holders that are currently on file (we do not endorse or suggest the use of any FFL listed here).

  • Please make sure you write your name and order number on any correspondence you send us.

  • If you choose an FFL not on the above-mentioned link, have them email a file copy of their FFL to us at support@comstockarmory.com

Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Comstock Armory, Inc. This transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder.

Once your FFL holder receives your firearm, you will need to pick it up.

***Important: Upon arrival at your FFL, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer's warranty is then in effect, and from that point on, any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.

Transfers

Transfers that cannot be completed for any reason may be subject to additional fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing Comstock Armory with a pre-paid return shipping label in a timely manner in accordance with the firearm seller's policies.

Returns

Returns on firearms that have been transferred to you are not allowed. Once a new firearm is transferred, it is considered used, even if unfired. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect the firearm at their FFL prior to accepting it into their possession. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection, however by purchasing a firearm from us, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm that you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with their warranty policy).

All firearm orders require FFL paperwork to ship. Firearm orders over 15-days old without FFL paperwork will be canceled and charged a 15% restocking fee with a $15 minimum.

Ammo cannot be returned due to safety reasons (no exceptions).
